Plan one customer acquisition experiment.

Turn a broad growth goal into a small experiment. Edit the worksheet, save it on this device, or download a Markdown copy. Your draft stays in this browser until you choose to use it in a project.

Your first-customer plan

Start with a hypothesis you can test this week. A few specific sentences are enough.

How to use this template

Choose one audience and one problem. Describe the evidence that would make someone worth investigating, the action you can offer, and the useful product result you want them to experience.

Set a small candidate limit and a review date. Write a stop or change rule before you start. For example: ‘After five appropriate conversations, revise the audience if none recognizes this problem.’ This is a planning example, not a conversion benchmark.

Move from a worksheet to a working project

The worksheet is useful on its own. Use in DemandBolt saves a local draft and opens signup with a return path to project setup. After signing in on this device, review the imported product and audience details before creating the project.

Only create the project after checking the draft. Your worksheet is not prospect evidence, and downloading it does not send messages or start a campaign.

From reading to doing
