What we collect
DemandBolt stores account details, organization and project configuration, public evidence you choose to save, workflow activity, user-supplied campaign recipient addresses, connector metadata, and billing status needed to operate the service.
How we use and share it
We use data to provide, secure, support, and improve DemandBolt. We do not sell personal information. OpenAI, Resend, Stripe, Supabase, Railway, and an authorized social provider receive only the data required when you configure or approve the relevant action.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives cookie-based visit information, generalized page names, product milestones, and verified subscription purchase events. We exclude email addresses, form answers, authentication codes, and private project identifiers from analytics events. Automatic form tracking and advertising personalization are disabled. You can decline or withdraw consent through Privacy settings on any page. Optional analytics remains off until you allow it.
Purchase measurement occurs when an opted-in billing owner or administrator visits the workspace and a paid live Stripe invoice can be verified. It is an acquisition measurement aid; Stripe remains the complete billing record. Blocking analytics, switching devices, or not returning after payment can affect attribution.
Local worksheet drafts
The free acquisition-plan worksheet saves only when you choose Save or Use in DemandBolt. Answers stay in browser storage until you confirm project creation. You can download or erase the draft from the worksheet. These drafts are separate from optional analytics consent.
Retention and control
Members can export their scoped account data. Workspace owners can request deletion, which enters a seven-day cooling-off period and can be cancelled. Billing, fraud-prevention, security, and legally required audit records may be retained where lawfully necessary.
Public-signal research
Research is limited to intentionally public professional or business information. DemandBolt does not discover private contact details or use sensitive personal traits to qualify prospects.
