A transparent review method
Pain carries 25% of the score, fit 25%, timing 20%, reachability 15%, and evidence quality 15%. Each factor is scored from zero to four. The result orders a review queue; it is not a likelihood of purchase or an automated approval.
Zero means missing evidence, two means partial evidence, and four means clear supporting evidence. Use the lower rating when you cannot distinguish an observation from an assumption. A decisive product mismatch or inappropriate contact route should stop outreach regardless of the total.
Use the gaps to choose your next question
High pain with low fit suggests learning more about the current workflow. Strong fit with old timing suggests checking whether the need still exists. Missing source quality means finding the original evidence before treating the candidate as real.
